We propose another way to eat pasta: spirulina paste. Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is considered a superfood because of its high content of proteins and nutrients (fiber, vitamin B, calcium, magnesium, chlorophyll, enzymes, iron, antioxidants, etc.). In fact, according to some studies there is no other food with more nutrients than this seaweed. Spirulina paste is still the best bet.
To prepare it just boil the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer and add any sauce. We propose a capricious sauce that has a base of tomatoes and olives and that results in a delicious combination!
