Tempeh with garlic mushrooms

Here you have a delicious tempeh recipe with garlic mushrooms made with the Thermomix.

Tempeh comes from the fermentation of the soy bean and, is an excellent vegetal alternative to the meat by its texture and its high content of proteins. In addition, it is free of cholesterol, is low in fat and is rich in B vitamins, especially B12. It is also very digestive!

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 200 g natural tempe (vegetalia)
  • 300 g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 40 g olive oil
  • Dried Basil to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tempe into thin slices and brown them in a lightly oil-frying pan (I have used coconut oil). Save.
  2.  In the thermomix beaker, add the garlic and shred 2 seconds speed 8.
  3. Lower the debris to the blades. Add the olive oil and brown at 100 degrees, 3 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms in pieces, the soy sauce and the basil. Set the temperature varoma, 5 minutes.
  5. Add the tempeh cut into pieces and cook at varoma temperature, 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot
